Today is Communion Sunday. All who trust in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins and everlasting life are welcome to join us for the Lord's Supper. We will also be taking up a special Love Offering, going towards a fund that helps those with financial needs. A basket can be found in the rear of the sanctuary. To assist in cleaning up after the service, we ask if you would please pass your empty communion cups to the end of the row."
Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes are due back to the church by November 21st, if you prefer, they can also be built online for a suggested donation of $25.00 go to for more information.
Harvest Party is Today, 3:30-5:30 p.m. This is a costume party hosted by the Lutheran Brethren Youth Fellowship and aimed toward kids and their parents. There will be games, entertainment, prizes and candy. Please avoid costumes that depict anything demonic.
Women’s Ministries meeting will be November 4th, 7:00 p.m. Pat Knee will be hostess and Lynn will be doing Craft Night.
Rake-Up Nampa is forming teams! This is a community event where volunteers are paired with elderly or disabled folks who need help raking and cleaning up their yards. Would you like to participate? Raking will take place on November 13th. If you would like to help please or if you have any questions talk to Joel or Corinne Monsen (Applications are due November 2nd.)
Harvest Festival will be November 14th. Turkey, beverages, and dinner rolls will be provided. Please bring a side dish, salad or dessert to share. The special offering will be split between the Narvesens as they return to the mission field and the Growth Fund.
